NDIS and Disability Services
Our NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and disability services are designed to help people stay independent within their homes and community. You are in control, making your own choices about the services you use. Sanity Care is here to support your success. We are an approved NDIS provider, offering therapeutic support, assistance in developing life skills, guidance with personal activities, support coordination, participating in the community, and assisting with life stages, transitions, NDIS plan management and community nursing care. We are able to offer our services to NDIS managed, self-managed and plan/agency managed participants. You and your family will get flexible support when you need it, improving the quality of your life, and helping you to build strong relationships and live independently.
You will be met with compassion, understanding and a non-judgemental counsellor. We believe that everyone has the right to be treated with respect and dignity. When you work with our counsellors, you are provided with a highly interactive and engaging process which helps you to discover and empower your true self. A key reason to work with us is our specialist approaches and our flexibility. One approach does not fit all, each person is unique and significant, so we will work together with you towards your therapy goals.
