Community Nursing Care
Sanity Care’s community nurses are caring professionals who are highly skilled, culturally sensitive, and ready to help.
Community nursing care services exist to meet your clinical and personal needs so that you can lead an independent and healthy lifestyle. Sanity Care’s community nursing care services can be provided in your home or in our Community Clinic by a qualified nurse, and you can access these services on a regular or occasional basis. A registered nurse will assess your clinical need for nursing and/or personal care services. A registered nurse will then determine the type and frequency of nursing and personal care services you need in consultation with you.

How We Can help
Having your private Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse during your stay in the hospital allows you to focus on recovery whilst we focus on your nursing care. Our staff are highly experienced and up to date with current knowledge and practices. Imagen, when hospital staff are thinly spread, and patients are at their most vulnerable. It is of great comfort to know you can have your private nurse care for you. Our team work together with the hospital staff to ensure that your needs are attended to when you want them to be heard.
Our pleasure to give you complete peace of mind as we work with you. We work in calibration and consultation with your health practitioners like your GP, specialist, and others involved in your care. Our nurse helps you get on the road to recovery as quickly as possible. Our in-home community nursing services provide you with the support you need to recover soon. We offer you our service in the comfort of your own home following an illness, hospital stay or medical procedure. We have an extensive caring staff of highly experienced nurses and support staff, as well as a network of preferred and recommended specialist providers to meet all your care needs.
